A Summer Picnic!

June 1st 2020 brought good news to England. After 10 weeks in the house, we can finally meet with a few of our loved ones again. Obviously social distancing is still important, but whilst the sun is shining and 3 months of summer is ahead of us, what better way to reunite than over a summer picnic!

Here is a few ideas to make the day as perfect as you’ve been hoping for.

  • Make cocktails

Here’s a recipe to make gorgeous Raspberry Prosecco Bellinis:

‘Pour one part raspberry liqueur into a champagne flute, then add a sprig of fresh basil. Top with four parts prosecco and serve.’

  • Bake some scones

A British picnic wouldn’t be complete without scones, and we’re sure that your friends and family will be wowed with your newly-found baking skills! Serve these with some raspberry jam as a perfect accompaniment to your bellinis.
