Prices

All prices on our website are correct at the time of publication and are listed in pounds sterling (£) and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. All prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

We currently accept payment via Paypal. We accept credit and debit cards through Paypal also, this is a secure and fast way to make a payment. Please note you do not need a Paypal account to enable you to be able to process your payment this way. If you need any further information regarding Paypal, please visit www.paypal.co.uk.

Description of Products

Every care has been taken to give correct and accurate descriptions, colours and specifications of all our products at the time of publication. Please note that sizes are an approximation and colours may vary for various reasons. This includes the lighting, also some products are made from natural materials so will vary in tone, some paint finishes are hand finished so will be unique and some of the products are hand made by Artisan’s and by their very nature will not all be identical. If you have any further questions regarding this, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Stock Levels

You can only place items in your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with confidence that the items that you have chosen will be with you within a few days. However, on rare occasions, stock levels may be incorrect and if this is the case we will contact you immediately. In this instance your order is still considered as an offer and not a contract of sale between you and Lily & Stella, so prices and stock availability won’t be contractually confirmed until you receive the ‘confirmation of dispatch’ email sent once your order has been successfully shipped.

Delivery policy

We dispatch Monday to Friday and always within 1 working day. ORDER before MIDDAY for your goods to be sent out that same day.

UK orders

  • STANDARD: 3-4 days free
  • EXPRESS: 1-2 days £2.50
  • TRACKED: 2-3 days £2.95 (free on orders over £35)
  • NEXT DAY: (guaranteed by 1pm next working day (Monday – Friday) when ordered before MIDDAY) £7.50

Please note Saturdays, Sundays and any Bank Holidays are not considered a business day and therefore orders aren’t sent out on these days.

Deliveries outside the UK

International Delivery £6.95

Once your item has been dispatched it may arrive with you after only a few days, but can take up to 5 business days. Please note delivery times are only estimates and occasionally take longer especially during busy holiday periods.
