There’s nothing better than starting your Christmas shopping with your besties. A whole day out to catch up and bond with loved ones, and perhaps a little lunch out too with a festive glass of fizz.

The Christmas decorations are up, and the twinkling lights are shining. There’s that smell in the air of fir trees and mulled wine. The Christmas tunes are blaring out from shop windows, you can’t help but sing along.
4. The no-nonsense nature of late-night shoppers
With the hustle and bustle of our every day lives, trying to fit shopping in around work and family can sometimes prove impossible. But hooray for late night shopping times, which allows us to do our Christmas shopping when its less busy and that little bit calmer.
5. People are pretty happy
Retail therapy is a real thing! It makes us feel good. When we shop, our bodies release dopamine, the ‘feel-good’ hormone. Shopping makes people feel happier because it restores some control in their lives. So the more we shop, the better we feel!
6. Not everybody shops for big TVs
It’s not just the big retailers that are offering bumper Black Friday deals. Shoppers should consider small and independent businesses when they’re bargain-hunting.
Independent retailers often offer money off their products, many of which are handmade or unique.
